Educator Positions (Early Education)
East Boston Social Centers, Inc. is looking for 2-3 individuals with a motivation to work with children in our preschool, toddler, or infant classrooms.
Out-of-School Time Program Group Leader
General responsibilities include the supervision of a group of 13 school aged children, including but not limited to: independent group leadership, consistent monitoring of children and their needs, providing guidance during this time of remote learning. Family Navigator – Early Learning and School-Aged Childcare
The Family Navigator will serve as a direct conduit for families to access needed ECE supports and resources. This role is actively involved in direct communication with families and with social service agencies, and accordingly serves as a warm and approachable link between families and needed resources. This role also requires establishing and/or maintaining community partnerships on behalf of the Social Centers.
Behavioral Specialist – Early Learning and School-Aged Childcare
The Behavioral Specialist’s primary goal is to improve educational, developmental, and mental health outcomes for children by considering all of their relationships and environments. The specialist should prioritize equity and understand the impact of racism, socioeconomic status, education, ethnicity, and culture on child development and early childcare systems.
Inclusion Specialist – Early Learning and School-Aged Childcare
The Inclusion Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the educational needs of children with mental, psychological, learning, behavioral, or physical disabilities. They will facilitate the special education processes that are needed to maximize the potential of students with an array of learning needs.

Institutional Giving Associate
Reporting to the Associate Director of Institutional Giving, the Grant Writer is responsible for managing a comprehensive grants program at EBSOC, conducting the full range of activities required to prepare and submit timely, accurate, compelling, polished proposals (including budgets) to foundation, corporate, and government sources.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Finance is responsible for shaping and executing the financial strategy that ensures sustainable growth to meet our community's needs. This hands-on role involves overseeing the Social Centers’ financial planning and accounting practices, performing various accounting tasks, and managing relationships, and financial instructions.
